Mark B. Manzo
Co-founder, Managing Member
Mark has been actively developing and remodeling commercial and multifamily properties in the DelMarVa region since 2004. With a degree from Wharton and a Masters in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins, Mark has a background in private equity and real estate development and has worked for his family office exclusively since 2004. He has developed raw land for over 50 townhomes in Baltimore City, and secured approvals for over 600 beds across 7 story and 16-story multifamily projects in Baltimore County and Prince George’s County, and is a part owner of a 70,000sf grocery anchored center in Baltimore City. Mark has joint ventured with such firms as NVR/Ryan Homes and Varsity Investments. Prior to launching his real estate career, Mark was a private equity associate at Orion Partners, a corporate banking analyst at Bank of America and a research associate at Shoreline Pacific Equity in Sausalito, CA. He also held the role of Business Development Associate at SoftNet Systems’ WiFi subsidiary AerZone in San Francisco.
Mark resides in northern Maryland’s horse country with his Vizsla and two young sons where they enjoy fishing and golf. They try to get to the beach as often as possible.
Peter Sands
Co-founder, Managing Member
Peter is a graduate of Villanova and received his Masters in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins. Peter has a strong background in multifamily development and construction, having built some of the region’s most notable multifamily projects, including highrise and midrise developments, all typically over 250 units for firms such as Bozzuto, Clark and Mill Creek.
Peter lives in Northern Virginia with his 3 sons, with whom he enjoys fishing and hunting.
